What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiter position at ConsultNet?
4 months contract
2 -5 years of agency or in house experience - non-tech hiring
Willing to train in Greenwich CT the first 4 to 5 weeks, then can do 3 days in NYC and 1 day in Greenwich
- Support senior recruiter to fill roles across various departments; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates to recommend to hiring managers.
- Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings and sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidates through various stages in our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data.
- Assist with on-going projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.).
- Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to discern skillset of top candidates.
- Provide a white glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.
