Salary Range: $100-120K/year DOE
Job Description:
The Product Design Engineer will focus on product and process development, leveraging engineering principles to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize designs, improve processes, and implement cost-effective solutions.
The engineer will contribute to the development of innovative products using industry best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and design for manufacturing.
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD/PLM systems, with knowledge of SolidWorks or CATIA preferred.
- Strong experience with project management tools and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Bonus/Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and design for manufacturing principles.
