Position Summary
Role : IT End User Support Specialist
Company Size : 140 employees for case management company. Company has grown from 40-140 in a very short period of time and needs additional IT support.
Location : Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Type : Temp-to-hire
MUST HAVE's :
- Great Customer Service (patience with older end users)
- Able To Help With Hardware Needs / Asset Management (not looking for password reset, call center folks)
- Strong in O365
Hiring Manager is not looking for people that are trying to get into cyber security or other areas like that)
