JOB OVERVIEW
Net Health is looking for a candidate to fill a role mixing IT support responsibilities with light office administrative duties. Answering and resolving IT tickets to help support other employees will make up most of this person’s day to day activities. The remainder will be spent improving and caring for a meeting office space located in Pittsburgh’s thriving Strip District. This is a dynamic role with the exact balance of these responsibilities evolving to meet the needs of business. Candidates will succeed in this highly visible in-person position by demonstrating their hunger for knowledge and displaying a carefully cultivated attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- IT Support
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves users’ problems with computer software and hardware
- Maintain and support the IT infrastructure for the office
- Provide on-site IT support for visitors, meetings, conference rooms, and other office gatherings such as cubicle setup, Wi-Fi/network connections, AV, printer, etc.
- Respond to support tickets and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software connectivity, printing, and similar concerns
- Order, prep and ship computers and computer peripherals; also receive and inventory equipment
- Provide printer support including troubleshooting and resolving all facets of printing issues and calling in for repairs when necessary
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements and provide timely resolution to reported issues
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers while also maintaining satisfactory performance scores as rated by Key Performance Indicators
- Evaluate and recommend new in-office technology to meet changing customer needs
- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Participate in completion of security-focused and other Information Technology projects as required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Office Support
- Administration of office activities to include but not limited to:
- Maintaining and improving common areas
- Communicating with building management for maintenance, parking, key fobs etc.
- Sorting and redistributing mail as needed, may include repackaging and shipping.
- Ordering, tracking, stocking office supplies as needed
- Providing white-glove setup and support for on-site meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum education level is high school diploma/GED equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience providing in-person IT service and/or customer support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to multitask, prioritize to-dos, and maintain an organized office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, clients, and vendors effectively
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve office issues that arise
REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), software applications, and network concepts.
