Job Description:
The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer will play a key role in developing and enhancing electromechanical products within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and implement quality improvements for electrical and electromechanical systems.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, process improvement, and product testing, ensuring that all products meet rigorous standards for reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance electromechanical products
- Troubleshoot and optimize electrical and electromechanical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements
- Conduct quality control and process improvement activities
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting methods.
Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality improvement.
Experience with manufacturing process optimization and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Bonus/Soft Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and quality control tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans).
Ability to lead training initiatives and mentor manufacturing staff.
Experience working with electromechanical components in manufacturing or product development.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
