JD:
This person will act as an intermediary between the business teams and the tier 3 engineers. Superior communication skills are need to work with the business, Avaya engineering experience is required to be able to understand the business needs and communicate the needs back to engineering.
Internal customer
Migration from Avaya to Genesis
Avaya Engineer - 7-10 years minimum. Engineering
conversion experience, bonus. Genysis experience, bonus
Avaya Engineer. Ex-Avaya would be great!
Interfacing with customer, gathering requirements, business and technical requirements. Proving info on call flows, to genesis cloud
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
