Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst, who is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Understanding of Inner and Outer APIs
- Story writing skills (Agile experience)
- Experience with Genesys Cloud is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements from business units and translating those to programmers and developers
- Providing consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results
- Conferring with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
- Coordinating and linking the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so information can be shared
