Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Lead ServiceNow Administrator, who will be responsible for leading in the development of the most complex new and emerging technologies and selecting appropriate platforms, integrating and configuring solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is a plus
- ServiceNow administrator’s certifications would be a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM
- Experience with Discovery
- Experience with Common Services Data Model (CMDB)
- Experience with Service Graph and Service Mapping
- Experience with Tag Governance and Asset/Configuration management
Responsibilities:
- Defines ServiceNow design patterns for enterprise IT Operations Management and/or Service and Asset Management
- Develops and monitors ServiceNow hardware and software asset management (HAM/SAM)
- Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards and platform governance patterns
- Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management, configuration item discovery, service mapping, and common services data model (CSDM)
- Aligns business strategy with ServiceNow capabilities
- Proposes, designs & configures ServiceNow solutions to address complex business needs
- Oversees technical and procedural documentation required
- Leads complex problem-solving
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development in accordance with established governance
- Displays an innovative approach to applying modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities
