Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Architect, who is responsible for providing the enterprise ServiceNow capabilities that are configured out-of-the-box with an approach of configuration over customization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- ServiceNow administrator certifications are a plus
- Defines ServiceNow design patterns for enterprise IT Operations Management and/or Service and Asset Management
- Develops and monitors ServiceNow hardware and software asset management (HAM/SAM)
- Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards and platform governance patterns
- Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management, configuration item discovery, service mapping, and common services data model (CSDM)
Responsibilities:
- Aligns business strategy with ServiceNow capabilities
- Proposes, designs & configures ServiceNow solutions to address complex business needs
- Oversees technical and procedural documentation required
- Leads complex problem solving
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development in accordance with established governance
- Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities
