- Hands on designing business architecture, delivering technical roadmaps, application blueprints, data models and system over layers for business processes.
- Decomposing business requirements against technical standards, current technical gaps and possible application modules needed, conducting risk assessments, governance processes and issue resolution in business architecture.
- Deep knowledge in ServiceNow applications, out-of-the-box configurations, business rules, and data tables, impacts of plugin and store app installations.
- Technical leadership for integration, testing, and operations of their assigned platform workstream (e.g. ITOM, SACM, etc.).
