Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Virtual Payables BSA, who is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Experience with virtual payables
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scaled Agile
- Experience Translating User stories into technical requirements (Gherkin)
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with Postman is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Focusing on virtual payables
- Working with architects and developers, working with capability groups, more administrative work with Jira and Confluence, lots of group work, and a very learn-as-you-go position
- Working with other Business Analysts and Product Architects to build product enhancements or new products for our technology platform that complement our payment solutions
- Gathering requirements from business units and translating those to programmers and developers
- Conferring with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
- Preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
- Interviewing or surveying workers, observing job performance or performing the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
- Coordinating and linking the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so information can be shared
- Consulting with management to ensure agreement on system principles
- Expanding or modifying system to serve new purposes or improve workflow
