Job Summary
Our goal at Consumer Cellular is to ensure every candidate has a positive and memorable experience. We are looking for a recruiting coordinator to partner with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to deliver on our goal of the best possible candidate experience and to help our team run an effective and efficient hiring and onboarding process.
What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitate the post-offer process including the monitoring of pre-employment documentation, ordering background checks / drug screens, reporting results, and securing candidate start dates in order to board them in the ATS system.
- Partner with the recruiters and other resources to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates a world-class candidate experience.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to administer and track our Employee Referral Program.
- Work closely with the recruiting manager to identify and recommend opportunities for improving candidate experience and inefficiencies.
- Assist and partner with HR to ensure compliance in all recruiting processes.
- Partner with the recruiting team to develop new processes or ways to improve existing processes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict confidence.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly onboarding reporting and statistics.
- Assist and support recruiting team and manager as needed.
- Convey core values and promote our image / brand to prospective employees.
