Our Account Representatives:

Provide outstanding customer service
Represent Medical Facilities and providers with professional courtesy
Process Insurance claims
Follow up Insurance denials
Educate customers on account status
Discuss sensitive financial situations
Perform data entry on customer accounts
Provide positive experience for customers

Qualifications

Working knowledge of Insurance Billing and Coding
Professional communication skills
Provide outstanding customer service
