Responsibilities
Assisting with Cooking/Cleaning, light housekeeping (most of it will be done with daytime attendant), outings. Everything is repetitive so patience is a must.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving, home community care, assisted living, or with individuals that have an intellectual disability.
- Strong observational skills to identify changes in a patient’s condition or behavior.
- A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Hours
Part time 15-25 hours per week. Schedule is based on what hours the other attendant is not able to complete. Must have weekend availability! If you can't commit to every other weekend, do not bother applying!
