- Provide direct speech therapy care per physician referral.
- Must have a minimum MS or MA in speech therapy and ASHA certification or be eligible for CFY.
- Active state license required; one year of post-acute care experience preferred.
- Participate in community health projects and maintain professional relationships.
- Establish and modify patient goals, chart accurately, and utilize therapy software.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
