Job Type: Full Time. Base Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday

On an average 8-hour day this position requires the ability to walk, sit and stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms at or above shoulder height and below waist height, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; talk, hear, and smell. This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Specific vision requirements including reading of written documents, visual inspection of materials, and use of computer monitor screen frequently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts audits of laboratory testing records for accuracy and completeness.
- Review data and reports for compliance with GMP, GLP, GCP and ICH requirements.
- Provide excellent communication with operational Department Management Team and technicians relating to the quality of testing records and reports submitted to QAU for review.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum HS diploma; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of Quality auditing, or two (2) years Chemistry/Microbiology/Clinical laboratory experience within a regulated industry.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Demonstrated attention to detail by following procedures and ensuring accuracy in documentation and data in compliance with regulations, corporate and industry standards.
- Must have initiative and problem solving / analytical skills
- Must have proficient computer skills in the following: Windows Word, and Excel
- Must be organized, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Applicants should possess the ability to organize and maintain all data for assigned projects and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Must have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other team members.
- Previous experience with statistics is desirable but not required.
