Need help Cable Dahmer Kia took everything I owned after several employees sent me emails asking how my 2012 Kia Soul was doing for me, how fun to drive when my car was stolen, never drove the same after and was parked away from other cars because 2 deaths in 2 Kia Souls happened 2018. I purchased my Soul in 2021 so they knew it was dangerous and I paid $12,000 thru Credit acceptance with all there add ons etc. Supposed to wait on remedy that never happened. These employees said they would help me trade in for car I can drive. My son has heart condition and I had hernia surgery. Needed a car that can drive safely, not another lemon that is undrivable. This dealership has ripped me off by taking my Kia Soul and not giving anything for it but making my last payment then auctioned off. I was told $7000 when I paid $12,000 over 3 yrs and had full coverage insurance. I am mentally disabled so only live on less then $1000 a month. I repeatedly asked them for my car and they insisted I trade in. There is a theft recall on it on top of safety. I dont have a car because they set me up to fail, promising to take care of me and get me fair deal that made my life insecure, I was trying to fix my credit not ruin it. Dream to run not for profit animal rescue is shattered.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and specializing in Labor and Employment Law.

Qualifications

• Law and Labor and Employment Law expertise
• Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the legal field is a plus
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
