Employment Litigation Attorney – Kansas City, MO
Are you a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney looking to join a dynamic and growing law firm? Our client is a national law firm that is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of employment litigation experience to join their Kansas City office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle complex employment matters, work directly with clients, and be part of a collaborative and respected team.
As an Employment Litigation Attorney, you will :
- Defend employers in employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on employment policies, risk management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Work alongside a team of experienced attorneys dedicated to providing innovative and client-focused legal solutions.
