What are the responsibilities and job description for the Verification Specialist/Office Support position at Consumer Reporting Compliance Associates?
Responsibilities
Daily tasks would be answering phones and directing phone calls to the appropriate department, customer service, email correspondence, greeting visitors and other office support duties. Would also assist with verifying previous work and education history, professional and personal references, for a pre-employment background screening company. Keeping office tidy and stocked with supplies, checking in visitors, mail coordination, etc.
Qualifications
Qualities preferred would be a welcoming and personable attitude, data entry experience, a desire to help our clients and organization succeed, great phone etiquette, team player, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
