You are a hands-on leader with a passion for sales, team development, and driving results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about rolling up your sleeves to lead from the front. You're equally adept at motivating a sales floor as you are at mentoring individual team members to reach their full potential. You have a track record of managing B2C sales teams, optimizing performance, and exceeding targets. You're ready to scale a sales operation and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of a transformative company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives (AEs), providing real-time coaching and feedback to drive sales performance.
- Floor Management : Actively manage the sales floor, offering hands-on support to ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs.
- Sales Strategy : Work closely with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s growth goals.
- Performance Optimization : Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and guide your team to increase conversion rates.
- Training & Development : Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills to succeed.
- Collaboration : Partner with marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and drive results across the organization.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates to the CEO / COO on team performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
