Overview
We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. This position requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive employee Job Applications.
- Interview and screen applicants for positions according to the CSS Hiring Procedures as assigned.
- Complete training curriculum for all new hires at the designated site (s) in which the employee is working as assigned.
- Update all personnel / programmatic databases at the local office as assigned.
- Professionally administer all incoming telephone calls as directed
- Complete all data entry as assigned
- Stamp, sort and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Review all HPC billing for accuracy
- Coordinate questions, audits and timelines with corporate payroll and billing.
- Process all payroll questionnaires for staff to maintain a positive environment.
- Track all LPS billing and submit to corporate
- Assist with staff training needs
- Assist with Front Desk duties as assigned
- Data entry (billing, training, employment information)
- Process monthly employee expenses
- Assist with backup for Human Resources as assigned
- Coordinate and track all county CSS vehicles
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
