We have a long history of empowering individuals, by working in partnership with their families or guardians to be responsive to their loved one's specific needs. We are looking for highly motivated individuals in the DAYTON and surrounding communities to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on quality care and daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks enabling them to remain in their own home
- Provide a safe and clean living environment.
- Supervise homemaker personal care staff (DSP) and Lead Staff and Home Managers.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service sites and assure services to the consumers based upon their OISP/IHP.
- Be available to staff and consumers on an on-call basis which may include direct care as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
Proof of auto insurance required
Valid driver’s license required
Able to pass background requirements & Pre-employment drug testing
SS card OR Birth Certificate
Proof of bank account for direct deposit
