Title: Customer Service Representative - Chat Only (Remote)

Pay Rate: $14 per hour

Schedules: Part time, up to 30 hours per week Monday - Friday

Schedule 1 is 8 AM - 2:30 PM CT, Monday through Friday

Schedule 2 is 12:30 PM - 7 PM CT, Monday through Friday

Location: Remote, but preference is for candidates within 20 miles of Temple, Texas

Position Overview:

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain and promote a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team productivity goals.
• Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English
