Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical SEC Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for preparing and filing financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting skills, a deep understanding of financial reporting requirements, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual reports (Forms 10-Q, 10-K) and other SEC filings (e.g., 8-K, S-3, S-8, DEF 14A) in compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements.
- Support the preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, and other external financial communications
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to gather data for disclosures and ensure compliance with federal regulations and accounting standards.
- Research and interpret new accounting standards and SEC regulations, assessing their impact on financial reporting.
- Aid in the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Participate in SOX compliance activities related to financial reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (highly preferred)
- FP&A experience (highly preferred)
- 3 years of SEC experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and industry experience. (required)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
