ROLE OVERVIEW: 35679882 Corporate Special Events Coordinator
The Corporate Special Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile executive meetings and events.
This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
The primary focus will be on creating exceptional meeting experiences for the company's leaders, ensuring that all events are managed with excellence and run smoothly and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute leadership meetings and special events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met, including coordinating with executive assistants, vendors, and service providers.
Budget Management:Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Logistics Management:Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, equipment setup, and on-site coordination.
Design and implement engaging event experiences: Develop innovative and immersive event concepts that align with corporate objectives, ensuring a memorable and impactful experience for attendees through creative use of technology, decor, and interactive elements.
Communication:Prepare and distribute event-related communications, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up materials.
Problem-Solving:Address and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Post-Event Evaluation:Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
This role may require occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
SKILLS:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning, with a focus on corporate events and leadership meetings.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $48-$62/ per hour
