ROLE OVERVIEW: 35714018 Technical Analyst II
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with SAP and experience in tracking metrics for performance spreadsheets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Add capital material to SAP work orders for work that doesn't go through an engineering process so purchase orders can be created
Will be responsible to make date adjustments to capital work orders to align design task dates with committed dates from our design consultants and internal designers.
Analyze and track performance metrics using spreadsheets and other tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Generate and present reports on performance metrics to stakeholders.
Continuously improve processes to enhance data collection and reporting.
Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
SKILLS:
Some familiarity with SAP systems and their functionalities.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with other data analysis and reporting tools

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Understanding of the energy sector and utility operations.
EDUCATION:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical area of study
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $30.00-$40.00/hr
