What Will I Be Doing?

Answering inbound calls from customers placing bets on the Kentucky Derby

Providing accurate information about betting procedures, odds, and account details

Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm

Following up on complex customer interactions when necessary

At least 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)

1 year of call center experience (preferred)

Basic computer skills, including navigation, typing 40 WPM, copy/paste, and multitasking (required)

Computer requirements: Windows based operating system with at least 16 GBs of installed RAM (required)

Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
