As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations, managing logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within your assigned region. You will be responsible for leading teams, maintaining customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project setup, including layout, material handling, and staffing.
- Maintain strong communication with customer contacts.
- Implement and monitor project quality processes.
- Lead operational initiatives, including new customer and service launches.
- Ensure best practices are effectively applied across all projects.
- Monitor profit margins and labor efficiency.
- Train and support Project Supervisors on procedures and policies.
- Ensure all teams operate in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct manufacturing experience in a QS/ISO environment.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong experience in customer and employee relations.
