Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 60 years in business, seeks a Customer Service Assistant / Contracts Administrator. The CSA / CA will communicate with external and internal customers, accurately input orders, maintain records, and ensure contract requirements are understood and attainable.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A bachelor's or associate's degree, experience with contracts, and experience reading blueprints are major pluses!
