Our client, an AS9100 certified company with over 60 years in business, seeks a Customer Service Assistant/Contracts Administrator. The CSA/CA will communicate with external and internal customers, accurately input orders, maintain records, and ensure contract requirements are understood and attainable.
Your qualifications should include:
- 2 Years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
* A bachelor's or associate's degree, experience with contracts, and experience reading blueprints are major pluses!
