**Location: Tulsa, OK. This is an hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK. If you want to relocate we may be able to provide up to $10,000 in support for your relocation**

Senior IT Consultant/Senior Tech

We are currently searching for a Senior IT Consultant or Senior IT Technician to join our team of over thirty five amazing IT specialists. In this position you will work closely with some of our largest and most complex clients using your technical skills to solve their biggest problems and open up their biggest opportunities. This is a foundational team member opportunity in Tulsa and you will be part of the first five team members in Tulsa, forging a path for the company and your career as we grow this office to over 100 team members in the coming years.

How You Will Make an Impact

• You will lead and execute multiple projects (usually 3-4 at a time) on a timely basis within a specific deadlines.
• Create expectations and timelines for each project with clients.
• Do hands on work with multiple technologies at a Tier 2 and Tier 3 level.
• You will run regular meetings with clients to review project requirements, tasks and responsibilities.
• You will support project work onsite when required, getting to know your clients businesses closely.
• Document procedures that were performed at client including time spent, and report back to
• Service Delivery Manager with any follow up items.
• Work with the Service Delivery Manager, and other team members to recruit, train and build our team of techs here in Tulsa.

This is a full time, salary position for a Senior IT Consultant who will be responsible for leading and executing multiple projects for our clients. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, your skills will include:

• Technical and documentation writing, showing your grammar and communication skills.
• Core Technologies: Microsoft 365 - Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, InTune.
• Email Migrations from and to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Migrations to Microsoft Azure including Virtual Desktops.
• New Network Setups and Upgrades - including Sonicwall, Meraki and Cisco Small Business Switches.
• Windows 8/10/11 - Basic Support relating to the scope of projects being managed.
• Mac OsX Support - Basic Support relating to the scope of projects being managed.
• Connectwise Command or similar RMM products.
• IT Glue experienced preferred but not required.

• Competitive Salary Range for the position: $75,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
