Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Telecommunications Analyst to join our team at CONTAQT in a hybrid capacity. This role encompasses the analysis of telecommunications systems, troubleshooting technical issues, providing Tier 2-3 technical support, and managing telephony services. Responsibilities include resolving billing and routing issues, as well as negotiating with telecom vendors. While the position is based in Tampa, FL, there is an option for remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with telecommunications systems and technical support
- Familiarity with telephony or VoIP systems, CDRs, and SIP logs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingualism is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
