What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleanroom Packout Operator position at Contec Inc.?
Overview:
The primary purpose of the Packout Operator position is to packout products, meet production and quality goals in a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Meets regular and reliable work-site attendance requirements in order to perform the job and meet productivity standards.
- Inspects fabric, cut wipers, garments, bags and other packaging items, as they are used, for conformance to specification.
- Packout finished good products according the order requirements per the product drawing.
- Use a lift assist device to help lift and palletize heavy finished good boxes from the conveyors onto the pallets.
- Notifies Cleanroom Outside Lead of any non-conformance.
- Develops knowledge of cleanroom protocol and adheres to the cleanliness requirements of the cleanroom processes.
- Sorts, stacks, counts, and packages dried products according to product drawing, in accordance with established quality and productivity standards.
- Participates in periodic training programs regarding safety, product specifications; quality; and operation.
- Participates and works within ISO 9001-2015 quality standards guidelines in accordance with Contec’s quality goals.
- Other duties may be assigned.
