Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Modification Processing Specialist to join our client in West Palm Beach, FL! The Modification Processing Specialist is responsible for verifying and updating approved modification terms in the system, conducting necessary research as required by business units or government-sanctioned entities (GSE). This Contract opportunity offers up to $25 / Hour!
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently process various modification updates related to mortgage loans within stringent deadlines.
- Handle Investor Accounting and Investor Reporting requests and inquiries promptly.
- Prioritize requests and escalations from executive and senior management, as well as other business units such as Research and Ombudsmen.
- Prepare modifications for recording in accordance with the requirements of different states and counties.
- Send completed modifications to borrowers and document custodians following GSE guidelines.
- Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team.
