Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their high-volume talent acquisition needs. This remote, temporary contract position, open to candidates in EST or CST time zones, focuses on sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, primarily within the mortgage industry.
Compensation:
- $26.66/hour
Work Schedule:
- Standard business hours (EST/CST), Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:
- Review and evaluate incoming resumes
- Screen applicants against job qualifications and conduct interviews for selected candidates
- Assess candidates’ professional experience and suitability for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Utilize ATS functionality to streamline and manage the recruitment pipeline
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter:
- 2–3 years of experience in candidate prescreening
- Preferred experience in high-volume call center recruiting
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
