Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Contract recruiter to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be in Central or Mountain time zone). This temporary opportunity offers $35-$40/hour! The Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and support the organization's talent acquisition goals. This role will involve sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement creative and traditional sourcing strategies to attract top talent in various industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Create compelling job postings and advertise on appropriate channels to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization positively in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in both corporate and agency settings.
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
