We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Documentation Specialist to support high-volume data entry and document processing related to licensing requirements. This onsite, Temporary-to-Hire position in Mount Laurel, NJ, involves handling essential licensing documents, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and managing workflow efficiently. Compensation : 20 / hour
Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Licensing Documentation Specialist :
Process and manage a high volume of licensing-related documents, including driver trip records, violations, titles, registrations, MSOs, and license plates.
Organize and prepare documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Accurately catalogue and track documentation to maintain proper records.
Perform timely data entry to meet department goals and maintain compliance.
Support various administrative processes across the department.
Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills for the Licensing Documentation Specialist :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Entry-level candidates welcome; familiarity with DMV regulations is a plus but not required.
