Summary
As a Night Auditor at Contempra Inn, you will be essential in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. This role involves managing front desk activities, performing night audits, and providing outstanding guest services to enhance our guests' experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during night hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain security protocols for the hotel premises during overnight shifts.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy rates and financial transactions.
- Assist guests with requests for information about local attractions and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure room readiness for incoming guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for guest relations.
