Overview:
We are looking for someone with Sales experience in Restoration and or Packout that is highly motivated and results-driven Business Relationship Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts, in addition to manage existing relationships. Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound calling, telemarketing, and prospecting to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial meetings and presentations to introduce our products or services to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Utilize our CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and enhance product knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of activity.
Skills:
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Business Development: Strong business development skills with a keen understanding of market trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Telemarketing: Comfortable with telemarketing and outbound calling.
