Job Description:

As a Pack-out Technician at Content Recovery Specialists (CRS), you will play a key role in fulfilling pack-out and moving activities at the job site – from prepping the truck for the day’s assignment, to performing the pack-out and pack-back activities while on-site at a client’s location, to the unloading of the day’s activity upon return to the facility. This position will also support on-site cleaning and restoration activities as well as any other requirements needed to complete the daily workload.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure all contents are packed out, transported, cleaned, stored, and packed back in accordance with internal processes and industry standards.

· Make sure that OSHA and internal safety protocols and guidelines are always followed while driving, on all job sites, and at the CRS facility. Be the Team Safety champion and motivate all team members to actively embrace the CRS safety protocols.

· Maintain all required documentation and detailed inventory reports (systematically and manually, as needed) for all content recovery jobs. Perform end-of-day quality checks of all documentation and reports for accurate invoicing purposes.

· Support new team member training on operational and system requirements that align with our quality standards and defined processes.

· Ensure timely completion of restoration projects while maintaining quality, efficiency, and accuracy.

· Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and proactively communicate reorder points and any equipment issues to leadership.

· Support all aspects of the operation to include cleaning and storage activities

· Travel is required and is primarily local to the CRS Tigard, OR facility (home base). Some jobs may be up to 75-100 miles away. Candidate is required to start the work day at the Tigard facility.

Desired Qualifications:

· 1 year of experience working in the restoration industry, preferably at job sites.

· Content Recovery experience in the restoration industry is a plus.

· Experience working in environments that have been damaged by fire, water, mold, and other intrusions.

· Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds or more with assistance

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Solid communication, leadership abilities, and basic math skills are required.

· Experience using Assured Packout, Xactimate, Symbility and or related software is a plus.

· Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as necessary

· Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus

· A clean driving record, current state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation to the Tigard warehouse is required. A CDL and or experience driving box trucks is strongly preferred.

· Documentation to legally work in the United States is required.

· A clean background check and the ability to pass a drug test are required for compliance with client requirements.

· A clean cut, professional appearance and positive attitude are required at all times. This position is critical to CRS’ reputation and success in the Portland metro area market.

· IICRC certifications are preferred
