Job Description:
CC Restoration, a leading turn-key restoration company based in Colorado Springs since 2016, seeks a dedicated and experienced Full-Charge Accountant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong proficiency in various accounting tasks, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the company owner and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks Online, and other relevant software
- Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports
- Conducting bank reconciliations and payroll processing
- Assisting with auditing processes and ensuring data integrity
- Managing office operations, including document scanning and human resources tasks
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication of complex financial data
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and recommending process improvements
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and integrity

Location and Schedule:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
