What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Lead a significant AMER Sales Organization, managing first-line sales leaders across various regions

Implement a hands-on sales leadership approach to meet new logo targets and foster strong customer relationships

Conduct comprehensive industry research to refine the go-to-market strategy for the region

Recruit and develop a high-performing, diverse sales organization

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and manage the overall sales process

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Demonstrated progressive second-line leadership experience in strategic sales

Deep experience selling into accounts in core markets

Proven track record of consistently achieving annual quotas

Experience in software sales, preferably with digital experience platforms

Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience working closely with channels for growth leverage

Success in partnering with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering teams

High levels of integrity, initiative, and leadership
