The position is a unique opportunity to
- As a Customer Success Associate you will be an essential part of the sales team, supporting both our customers and the sales representatives.
- Build relationships with Conterra’s customers and guide them through the customer journey.
- Be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship alongside sales and assist in retaining and growing the revenue within those accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams and departments to ensure customers’ needs are met.
- Primarily focus on executing specific tasks and processes to support the broader customer success and sales objectives.
