Continental Finance Company specializes in credit card options for those consumers with less than perfect credit. We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to support our Operations team.
The Credit Protection Customer Care Associate is responsible for efficiently managing inbound customer calls and email inquiries, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
***CFC offers a hybrid work schedule which includes three (3) core days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) remote workdays (Monday and Friday)***
Essential Functions:
- Responding to inbound customer calls and email inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
- Appropriately resolving complex customer issues and complaints, including fee waivers and fee reversals, and escalating issues to supervisor when required.
- Utilizing proprietary software to document customer action items, notes, and consumer information changes.
- Assisting with benefit activations requests in accordance with the Credit Protection Contracts.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- At least 3 years of customer care experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
