Key Responsibilities :

• Project Timelines : Develop and manage detailed timelines to ensure retail and supplier projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Process Development : Create and implement efficient workflows and procedures to enhance project outcomes and streamline communication.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain clear and consistent communication with retail customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Technical Excellence : Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Outlook to organize project data, track updates, and communicate effectively.
• Market Research : Conduct research to gather competitive data and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration : Coordinate team meetings and manage special office projects to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.
• Problem-Solving : Anticipate challenges and devise strategic solutions to meet business needs.
