Continental Properties is looking for a Regional Director to join our Operations team in our Colorado region.
Are you an experienced leader in property management looking for an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities? As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing your growing portfolio of communities. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will provide guidance and leadership to onsite Community Managers, ensuring compliance with our company values and operating procedures, while fostering a positive living experience for residents.
We are seeking candidates located in the Colorado region.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Conduct site visits to assess operations, risk management, and maintenance of properties within the region
- Oversee and execute the annual budgeting process, ensuring financials align with company expectations and market conditions
- Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers, supporting their development and fostering a customer-centric culture
- Analyze community performance metrics, develop action plans, and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to generate leads and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
