Position : Fund Accounting Manager
Job Description : We are seeking a Fund Accounting Manager for oversight and management of the accounting operations of multiple real estate investment funds. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and limited partnership agreements, and effective fund management. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate finance and exceptional analytical skills
Most Important Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting : Prepare and review financial statements for real estate funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Tax, GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Fund Management : Oversee the accounting processes for real estate investment funds, including fund-level budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including investor reporting.
- Investor Relations : Collaborate with investor relations teams to provide timely and accurate financial information to investors.
- Audit Coordination : Lead and coordinate annual audits for real estate funds, working closely with external auditors.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations and systems.
- Cash Management : Oversee cash flow management, including capital calls, distributions, and cash projections.
