Job Summary
Responsible for accounting processes regarding outside-operated revenue. Responsibilities are moderately complex, requiring more developed proficiency in various accounting techniques. Professional accounting position that receives outside-operated payments and distributes them to proper accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process outside operated payments accurately and by specified closing deadlines.
Work with Division Orders to validate and clear outside-operated oil and gas receivables.
Clear entries in the Undistributed Oil and Gas Revenue Payables account.
Work directly with operators to resolve payment issues.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
Experience with MS Excel
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior revenue recognition experience
Working knowledge of SAP
Proficiency in MS Word
Oil and gas accounting experience preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
