Job Summary
This role focuses on developing and maintaining applications using the Mendix platform. This role aims to enhance the efficiency, quality, and automation of data processes within our organization. This is an on-site position based in Oklahoma City.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and maintains applications using the Mendix platform.
Collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implements and tests new features and functionalities.
Troubleshoots and resolves application issues.
Participates in code reviews and contributes to best practices.
Assists in the deployment and maintenance of Mendix applications.
Provides user support and training as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies
Experience with the Mendix development platform.
Proficient in web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Quick learner with a passion for technology and innovation.
Quick learner, able to grasp new concepts and technologies with minimal guidance.
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and source control environment.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Familiarity with the Mendix platform or other low-code development platforms.
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
