We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a CEC, you will be primarily responsible for being the face and the voice of the company for all visitors and incoming calls.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guest in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage check-in procedures efficiently.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
- Review various contracts for order entry details.
- Perform clerical duties to include, but not limited to, data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, printing and filing.
- Order supplies and keep track of inventory.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office.
- Use computerized systems daily.
- All other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Work cooperatively and interact professionally with others.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
